Byron Cottingham, PE

Byron Cottingham graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Energy Business from the University of Tulsa.  In 2010, he was hired on as a production and operations engineer for Linn Energy then transitioned to become the Production and Marketing Manager for Roan Resources.  Mr. Cottingham has been a production, completions, reservoir, facilities, and water management engineer in Oklahoma, East Texas, and Louisiana.  In February 2017, Mr. Cottingham became licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma.  

Tommie Herell

Chief Development Officer for AquaNyx Midstream

​Tommie Herell is an accomplished industry expert with over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry of which 9 years were devoted to the water space.
Prior roles include Business Development Director at Select Energy Services, Consultant for Circle 21 Energy LLC, Regulatory/Environment/Emerging Technologies Director at the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and Project Manager for Scientific Engineering.
Holds a B.S. degree in Business and Public Affairs from Oklahoma Christian University.

Tim Haley

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for AquaNyx Midstream

​Timothy (Tim) C. Haley is Owner and President of Rafter H Operating LLC, an oil and natural gas company based in El Reno, OK. Prior to starting Rafter H, he was a practicing attorney and owned Haley Law Office in El Reno, OK.  A native of Calumet, and growing up in Oklahoma, Haley has worked in the agriculture and oil and natural gas industry for more than 40 years.
 
Haley holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Drilling Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, and a lifetime member of the OSU Alumni Association and National Sporting Clays Association. Mr. Haley also serves as Senior Legal Counsel for The Privateers Consulting Group and is a member of The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, where he currently serves on the Legal and Membership Committees.
